If the language is based on JVM or WASM, I assume the term &quot;Systems Programming Language&quot; is used in a different than the common meaning (see e.g. <a href="https:&#x2F;&#x2F;en.wikipedia.org&#x2F;wiki&#x2F;System_programming_language" rel="nofollow">https:&#x2F;&#x2F;en.wikipedia.org&#x2F;wiki&#x2F;System_programming_language</a>) which assumes access to the physical hardware of the machine? What is the intended use-case of the language?
