But this assumes firstly all outcomes requiring apologies are known, and secondly that the apologies have been received by the affected parties.<p>Apologies are one of those societal deliverables which lie between people. There's a sender-receiver communicating protocol here, point to multipoint, multicast, with acknowledgement and (sorry Mark) retransmission.<p>Haven't seen a SYN-ACK yet. Do I mean SIN-ACK?
