Many reports cite Stuxnet as the first cyber operation, when in fact it could be that one in 1982 when the United States allowed the USSR to steal pipeline control software from a Canadian company. This software included a Trojan Horse that caused a major explosion of the Trans-Siberian gas pipeline in June, 1982. The Trojan ran during a pressure test on the pipeline but doubled the usual pressure, causing the explosion.

In the 1930s, in Lebanon, they would not abide by any standards, laws or ceilings. They poisoned wells, rigged cars (including ambulances), packages and even animals (during the civil war, they sent donkeys loaded with explosives into crowded areas in West Beirut and rigged them in the name of the “Front for the Liberation of Lebanon from Foreigners”).
