After spending 2 years on command line, and cheating on AWK scripts; Finally, I think it's time to learn awk. What better way to learn a tool than solving problems/exercises with it?
I am comfortable with any such of exercises. My research has led me so far:
- seek string manipulation exercises on programming textbooks.
- https://deepseqanalysis.readthedocs.io/en/latest/awk-sed-bash.html
"text" manipulation exercise perl OR command line OR awk OR sed OR linux OR SQL OR programming OR bash OR Excel OR Ruby
This is the keyword that I am hitting on google.
I found maven analytics did some labs, however first thing they're not affordable and second thing, I could not see awk use cases in their guided projects.
