I would love to be able to pre-record my presentation, and post it on the web in the sort of format InfoQ uses.<p>I'm referring to the format whereby a slide deck advances along with the video of the speaker. Are there any off-the-shelf software packages that have this sort of functionality?<p>Thanks!
