No, it’s under attack due to their relentless drive to prioritize users being force fed “profitable” ads over useful search results.<p>The only reason for BS “AI” answers is to launder theft of web content that they might otherwise have to pay ad revenue to. They did this previously by “helpfully” including (the ad free) text from sites, and having been told copyright violation is not acceptable just because you have billions of dollars they’re doing I again but claiming an “ai” wrote the content. No different from claiming pilot violating the GPL and similar en mass.
