'Modded Hardware' Defendant Denies Nintendo's Copyright Claims in Court

If he pre-loaded pirated games onto the systems he sold as Nintendo claims, he’s cooked.

Representing himself sounds like a mistake, where is the EFF on this??

I personally play just a few games on Nintendo, and I own an unpatched Switch, so theoretically, I could "sail the seas under the Jolly Roger," but I don't really have time for that many games. On the other hand, those games are soooo expensive. I guess Nintendo should get a fair share for games because they put so much hard work into them. I'm not really sure which side to support.
