Lately, as I've been reflecting on AI, an interesting analogy came to mind: AI is like an alien and a teenager combined. We think we understand what it is, but in reality, we have no clue what's going on inside its head. The more I dive into AI, the more it feels like its nature doesn't fit into our familiar frameworks.
Imagine aliens arriving on Earth—an event after which the world will never be the same. Strangeness becomes the new normal. That's exactly what's happening with AI: its development is leading us into uncharted territories where everything looks completely different.
But we often make the mistake of treating AI as just a tool we can use. In fact, it’s more like something that grows—like a plant. And what grows brings new, unpredictable forms and requires much more attention to fully understand. AI is a complex, unpredictable entity that behaves unexpectedly, and we still don't have a clear scientific method to explain all its actions.
