Ah, yes, this study again, the one that opens with &quot;Over-consumption of iron-rich red meat [..] is associated with an increased risk of colorectal carcinogenesis&quot;, but then never in the entire article do they define what &quot;over-consumption&quot; is.<p>Is &quot;over-consumption&quot; any amount of red meat at all? Is &quot;over-consumption&quot; ten pounds of red meat every day? Who knows, they don&#x27;t bother to say.
