Ah, yes, this study again, the one that opens with "Over-consumption of iron-rich red meat [..] is associated with an increased risk of colorectal carcinogenesis", but then never in the entire article do they define what "over-consumption" is.<p>Is "over-consumption" any amount of red meat at all? Is "over-consumption" ten pounds of red meat every day? Who knows, they don't bother to say.
