AI prefers white and male job candidates in new test of resume-screening bias

I dunno, AIs are kinda a mirror of our current society. Instead of trying to fix AIs or making laws about intersectionality in hiring processes, it could be worthwhile to look into the reasons for this outcome and try to fix them first.
