To add to this, they are not offering a clear and easy to action agreement, management would have to sign a blank check to the union to get their needle back - this is insanely risky.<p>B: they're using independent journalism as a bargaining chip and lightly threatening Democracy in the process. Don't love that they couldn't literally wait 2 days in an election where trust in media is one of the core issues.
It appears that one of the things the tech workers are striking for is to not force remote workers to RTO including folks who were originally hired fully remote.<p>It's good to see in office workers choosing to strike to support remote workers.
