Yes. All reviewers test it with a 4090 in 1080p to show how it is the best. With most games and 4k, barely a difference as most (3d) games are not CPU bound (some are).<p>More interesting looking at phoronix is that, that the vcache helps a little with compilation performance (vs 9700). But having 4 more cores (9900) is much better than having vcache for compiling.
