Should I join a msc.csit in Nepal?

1 pointsby shivajikobardan6 months ago
I have 71% in my bachelors in computer engineering and I want to apply for abroad studies. Preferably USA.
My plan for msc.csit is to get excellent grades and apply abroad. However, I don't think that's even loosely possible because I am also doing a full time job (9-6,lunch included).
I was wondering how many hours do I need to put up per week in order to succeed in this course besides going to classes?
https://cdcsit.edu.np/wp-content/uploads/2019/08/courses.pdf
In first semester, there are 5 subjects(ignoring seminar). This is Nepal and you can't really take fewer courses per semester. Only way to do it is to fail classes and do it later lol.
For simplicity let's average out and say for 3 credit hours course, 3 lecture hours+9 practice hours are required every week.
Every week you have to put:
5x9=45 hrs (excluding lectures).
about 60 hours including lectures.
I have to work 9am-6pm(lunch included) in my job. The lectures will likely be from 6am-9am.
Then, I'll have to study from 6pm-10pm. This seems extremely unreasonable to me. However some folks were saying that this is real life....
I am planning to join masters anyway because this masters degree is 1/15 th the cost of my bachelors degree and I love to learn computer science.
