http://archive.today/39ajZ
Pretty much anyone who works with FPV drones, either as a hobby or professionally, does the same, except for the weaponized part. Early in the war, I remember they used to use regular off the shelf drones to drop the payload, then later started using FPV drones in a kamikaze way for the speed factor. FPV drones are basically assembled like LEGO with some soldering skills, and even training is done through simulations.
That being said, many robotics engineers around the world have an unwritten oath to never weaponize their creations for offensive purposes. I know many engineers who would be happy to customize a UGV (unmanned ground vehicle) to diffuse a bomb remotely for example, but they would refuse if the robots were to be used to kill a human being, regardless of their political views. Otherwise, we would be living in a dystopian hell very quickly because these robots would be tele-operated to oppress people even outside of wartime or war zones.
