AI can now predict crime before it happens (2022)

This is from 2022, and it wasn't impressive then either. Just an attempt at ML-driven COMPSTAT. [EDIT]: Reading the paper, it's not even that. It's using predictive methods to suss out the effects of biased enforcement.
