<a href="https:&#x2F;&#x2F;archive.ph&#x2F;qOFrr" rel="nofollow">https:&#x2F;&#x2F;archive.ph&#x2F;qOFrr</a><p>I highly support requirements to identify benefitial owners of corporations, but this law only requires that discloser for small companies:<p>Larger companies that employ more than 20 people, have revenues above $5 million and a physical presence in the US, are exempt from the act. Churches, charities and other non-profits are also exempt.<p>So, if you&#x27;re a larger organized crime syndicate, you&#x27;re exempt? Classic murica. All the posturing, none of that worrisome crime prevention. I mean, we really need to stamp out the retail shoplifters, because they&#x27;re infringing on the profits of the larger mafia orgs!
