is this really that big a problem? they give you free refills on coffee and iced tea.

It sounds like a tone-deaf response to me. That is, it makes total sense to say that homeless people are not permitted to set up a mini encampment inside the store. On the other hand, telling outsiders in general that they can&#x27;t come in to use the restroom is likely affecting many of their best customers. It is a &quot;foolish consistency&quot; to link the two policies.
