If now, what&#x27;s so different about understanding the syntax user@host1:file1 and user@host2:file2.<p>Way to be friendly to new users. Crap like this doesn&#x27;t win any friends.<p>At least the severity was only reduced (to which I agree) but the bug was not closed<p>I&#x27;m surprised this wasn&#x27;t fixed upstream before (if ever)

This is why I always go back to Windows. I constantly run into issues with Linux even on Debian. I don&#x27;t have time to troubleshoot for an hour why I can&#x27;t open gimp or something. Not to say that I don&#x27;t run into issues in Windows, it&#x27;s just way less frequent. I don&#x27;t see the point for my own use at this point because of WSL
