It seems HN has removed a post I was planning on revisiting. Perhaps it was too political. Anyway the gist of the post was one persons strategy for ignoring the news and not letting the constant stream of doom affect them. They were careful to point out this wasn't them putting their head in the sand as well. Any ideas what it might have been? I've searched the top 200 posts and it isn't there anymore.
