Very interesting on how H1B coupled with affirmative action has had major negative externalities on Americans.

What's going to eventually sink the H1B program isn't the Americans being put out of work by it nor the depression of wages it enables but rather the tone-deaf and haughty attitudes by both those who hire through the program and those who are in the US on the visas. Pretty much everyone has a "we've broken the letter and spirit of the law for decades and there's nothing you mere mortals can do about it" attitude and getting louder and louder about it every year. They're practically bragging about it. Meanwhile if you search job listings for "H1B only" you get a large number of results. The program is openly being abused while those doing the abuses are mocking the country for being too feeble to do anything about it.
