Most workers (75%) end up leaving before ever being promoted

It’s a frustrating dynamic because I’ve heard hiring managers talk about avoiding “job hoppers” and people who haven’t been promoted at prior jobs. There’s no room to be promoted if someone above me doesn’t vacate their position.
