Intel $19B into the red, kills Falcon Shores GPUs delays Clearwater Forest Xeons

If Panther Lake and 18A are really on track for shipment later this year then why are they saying that its successor (Nova Lake) which is slated for 2H 2026 will use a mix of Intel and TSMC manufactured tiles?
