A friend of mine went through this fifteen or so years ago, and the treatment worked like magic. I remember him marveling that it was a purely physical process - like a certain kind of 3D puzzle, where you coax a marble through a maze, and then: ta-da, vertigo is gone!

n=1<p>Out of the blue, I woke up on a normal Sunday with extreme vertigo when I tilted my head to the right. After some googling, I found the Epley maneuver and did it. I was actually nauseated after doing it, but after a couple of hours, it was gone for good.
