My thing about judging coworkers is that the coworkers who REALLY want to judge other coworkers are often the worst at it. It's such a hard thing to manage.<p>I don't want to wander too far from the topic for this part:<p>I'm a little amused by the startup talk in that post where folks are grinding away at work / have to perform or doom and gloom. Is there much evidence that massive hours put into a startup has any impact on the startup's success? I always assumed for most product's it's "product fit" not some coding drone pounding out 12 features this week rather than 6.
