I&#x27;m not sure his examples are good. The &quot;apps&quot; he vibe-coded are trivial, and don&#x27;t have to be correct. Do we really really want banks to run code that nobody can figure out, and is only kind of correct? How about scheduling algorithms? Do we want elevators that mostly get you to the right floor, or mostly get airplanes to the correct airport, and a majority of the time, don&#x27;t double-book a seat?<p>I mean, it would be hilarious if all of those things were true, because one of the big things it would imply is that &quot;business requirements&quot; are just a fig leaf covering executive director&#x27;s megalomania and desire to take all the credit and distribute all the blame.
