Companies that make offers based on leetcode and automated interviews deserve what they get, I suppose.<p>Anyone doing this should consider that lying or cheating in a job interview can lead to dismissal if the employer discovers the deception. They might suspect deception if you can't actually do the work, or ask you to work through the interview questions under supervision.<p>Getting fired for lying could also mean having to repay any signing bonus and giving up stock options. Depending on the situation, and the employer, you could get sued for fraud. Jobs that have government connections or require security clearances -- including jobs with companies that do business with the government -- may have more severe penalties for lying/cheating to get a job.<p>I can't wait for this company's user database to get hacked and leaked.
