Stripping Trump of a key weapon – the English language

While I can see the broader point about how the language used in diplomacy favors the native speakers... Trump is <i>terrible</i> at English.<p>The only way it is more of a weapon than a crutch is the way it is shamelessly abused, <i>1984</i>-style.
