Current title is non-judgmental: "Washington Post to overhaul newsroom structure"<p>But as a longtime former Post subscriber these do sound like terrible ideas to me. The print newspaper business is indeed a money-losing proposition, but these changes just move them into an already-crowded market with no more advantage than a name with heritage.<p>I have no idea if there was any way to save print news, but it served a valuable position of having at least some sense of thoughtfulness rather than the continuous breathless panic of cable news and web sites. There were few such organizations left, and it sounds like that handful is decreased by one.
