Anonymous sources: Starship will need a major rebuild after consecutive failures

The last two failures have been ship Block 2. Block 1 had successful launches with three landings in ocean.<p>I&#x27;m surprised that they didn&#x27;t finish the orbit and return testing with Block 1 before upgrading.
