I'm looking for one that welcomes someone with no research experience and focuses on building said skill, i.e. a place that actually trains researchers, and not a paper mill or IT school (nothing wrong with IT schools, btw. I'm just not looking for them).<p>Currently, I’m using csrankings as a signal, but I’m aware that those are based on research outputs, so it may not correlate with teaching quality. Or does it?<p>What do you think?
