'Microlightning' in mist may have sparked life on Earth, study finds

I remember lightning being used inside of small chambers designed to simulate early conditions on Earth. The concept of microlightning is new though and plausible. I wonder and hope one day that the ideal conditions for life will be recreated in a lab, that will be a phenominal advancement in our search for life in the universe.
