It doesn't matter whether the kids have wandered off into talking about CS abstractions, or about their fantasy football leagues, or the meeting has turned into an eyes-glazed-over performative attendance event - if it's a real business, there needs to be a real grown-up saying (in effect) <i>this is a waste of time, get back to work</i>.
