The world will always need talent, but specific companies don't necessarily always need the same talent for years. The concept of job security will be obsolete. Everyone will become a freelancer, selling their talent where it's needed. There will be a slack+fiverr like social network where people are collaborating and chatting with different companies at the same time.<p>Everyone will have access to everyone else in the globe (global talent pool, global job market), unless politicians decide to ruin that by creating virtual borders like they do today with money movement.
