One of my big objections to this - aside from the fact that I’m not quite agent pilled - Isn’t learning to code one of the best ways to learn to think and break down problems?<p>Like, what methods are you going to use to practice these skills. It doesn’t have to be coding; but so much of learning is by practicing skills adjacent to your goal.<p>Like, sure, in law school they teach you to break down cases, but to get into law school, the LSAT doesn’t ask you about the law? It asks you about logic problems<p>This is like saying don’t learn math because you can just use a calculator. While technically true, I think learning math teaches you how to think about problems.
