Why I'm Not Going Back to Patagonia as a Photographer

I wonder what kind of research was done before the trip? All of those complaints seem like something that could have been discovered prior to taking the trip.

I booked a tour on a cruise ship and all I got was this tour on a cruise ship. Meh.
