So the iron for heavy oil (that the US must import) are Canada, Russia and Venezuela. Russia is untouched by recent changes, relationships with Venezuela are recently improved by hostage exchange and Canada is slapped by 25% tariffs (with 10% exception for oil)? What is the goal here?
