It may be insane but it's actually a small step up from the previous Trump admin position.<p>Before they were saying "stop giving us free stuff/money you guys", now they are saying "stop giving us free stuff/money but also keep giving us free stuff/money".<p>Is the latter insane? yes. Is the former more insane? Also yes.
