The $1T was the self-driving car, coming soon in 2016^H^H17^H^H y&#x27;know, whenever.<p>(The $150B is the $40k truck; unlike the self-driving car, theoretically maybe could happen, but will not.)

Elon Musk is a known bullshitter. When the GAO affirms there has been $150B in savings then I&#x27;ll believe it.
