They made the wallpapers 100% width, so if you're on desktop, each image is too big to fit on screen as you scroll, particularly with that sticky header (unless you have a vertical display). Really put thought into the design there, guys... This is like how Japanese websites are sometimes designed exclusively for mobile and end up looking ridiculous on desktop as a result, with everything way too big. I'd expect better from "Microsoft Design."<p>Oh, and they're scrolljacking, to make it even more infuriating. So you can't easily scroll up and down to see the full image even if you try. This is frankly a textbook example of <i>bad</i> design.
