I’m exploring remote support tools and came across HelpWire. Does it offer an API for integrating custom workflows or automation?
Also, is there a self-hosted option for organizations that prefer to keep their data in-house? I couldn’t find much info about that on their website.
If anyone has experience with these features or has looked into them, I’d really appreciate your insights.

I'm not sure about the API. From what I know self-hosting will be available but I don’t have an exact timeline. You could reach out to their customer service. They're pretty quick to respond and can give you more details.
