So there must be services coming where you point anywhere on Earth and get a collection of timestamped images, whether they have metadata coordinates or not. It won't work very well at sea, etc. But it will be a wonderful overview to almost everywhere humans are likely to turn up. A virtual 4D reference layer for most reachable land on the surface of the spheroid. Consume it raw, or allow AI to interpolate continuity to rotate, scale and time travel.<p>This is a little like what Clearview does, for places instead of faces.
