Much of what is wrong in current political discourse is the over use of non normative must. Therefore I argue there is little or no must here, there is only wish and may.<p>Be careful what you wish for. It must be said, the outcome may be unexpected.<p>Also, Vance's role is not to be the successor to the king. He's there like all VP to be blamed when the time is right.
