Somehow it didn&#x27;t surprise me when I saw Gerald Weinberg&#x27;s name on the list of producers. His book <i>The Psychology of Computer Programming</i> touches on this and related topics, especially how to study what works and doesn&#x27;t in programming or programming in teams.

I started programming professionally in 1980, so this video hits close to home.<p>My own observation is that more “aesthetic” code is often more readable.
