Due to structural demographics compressing the working age population, this will occur long into the future. Good for young folks who can obtain jobs without going into debt for a college credential that might be unnecessary. Good for us collectively for employers who are forced to train on the job (versus pushing this cost onto potential hires). Only bad for unnecessary colleges. Should also push wages up over time.<p>(~4M Boomers retire per year, ~11k per day)
