My problem: I close my rings on Apple Watch, check my readiness score on Oura, see my HRV trends... and then what? All this data without clear guidance on what actions to take.<p>For HN users with health wearables (Apple Watch, Oura, Whoop, Garmin, Withings etc.):<p>1. What frustrates you most about your current health tracking experience?<p>2. What would make your wearable data actually useful for improving health outcomes?<p>3. Do you use any tools/services that successfully bridge this gap?<p>For some more background: longtime founder & HN user. I'm exploring this space with my cofounder @smock after selling our previous startup to Spotify and getting a little more time to focus on my health.
