China and US agree to slash tariffs

> As part of an agreement hammered out in Geneva, the US will lower tariffs on Chinese goods to 30 per cent from 145 per cent and China will reduce duties on US imports to 10 per cent from 125 per cent.
This isn't bad. Leaves some leverage for renegotiation. It still feels like a pump and dump, but at least it isn't something lasting like Brexit.
Where do we go from here? What goods from China are worthy of more tariffs in light of this, if any?
I'm wondering how this affects tariffs on US imports of Chinese electric cars, if at all. We need competition on the low end badly.
