Thailand to recriminalise cannabis as PM vows to get tough on drugs

This is from last year. I got baited by the ABC homepage as well.<p>I don&#x27;t understand why they re-posted it - felt kind of misleading in a way.

Even if the news is old, wondering what is wrong with cannibis. Why is it still banned in most countries - even in many states in USA?
