So multiple requests for annulment or revision by multiple people and companies were denied by the same court that issued the order. Given that European appeals courts generally do not have <i>stare decisis</i> (binding precedent), the same court could continue issuing new orders under the same reasoning ad nauseam regardless of the outcome of any and all appeals until an <i>extrajudicial</i> court, the Constitutional Court, rules on it.<p>It speaks volumes that large companies with enough money skip European judicial processes altogether. Being Spain, no doubt such a great judicial system has done wonders in places like Mexico and the rest of Latin America.<p>So much for rule of law. But hey, at least they vote for the leader of their country, right?
