Subtitle: "Cats Don’t Talk"<p>(Yet certain birds, with far smaller brains, <i>do</i> talk.)<p>From a couple skims, the author seems unaware of the long and <i>very</i> disreputable histories of both the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phrenology" rel="nofollow">https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phrenology</a> in particular, and obsessions over human brain size in general.<p>It's a bit reassuring that nobody's bothered to upvote this submission.
