We need your help.<p>We've been part of 4 other YC companies, spanning 4 different YC batches and 2 acquisitions. Never did we ever think we'd be working on a commercial real estate search engine. But here we are. We discovered in our previous companies how much it sucks to search for office space. It's effectively a data problem and we believe passionately in the power of the internet to bring transparency to rusty old industries. We've found a passion in making beautiful products that help other companies discover their dream office. Frankly, we also love disrupting a $25B industry because no one thought it was possible.<p>We're looking to bring on a full stack engineer. We work mostly with Ruby on Rails and Backbone.js. Good hackers can learn any framework of course, so there's no prerequisite on experience -- you just need to be a smart hacker willing to take on problems. We've got backend data needs, front end products to build, mobile apps in need of love. There's lots to do.<p>You don't need to be a YC alum, but you should naturally think like a founder, not an employee. There are now 10 of us, and each of us is a strong-willed, independent thinker. The root of our teamwork is based in respect for each other's considerable talents.<p>Because we're entirely composed of other capable founders, we only need to do things like meetings once every couple of weeks. It's refreshing. Of course, we play bughouse (team chess) every day. Often, several times a day. We even wrote an app to calculate our rankings...but I digress.<p>We also climb and go to a boxing instructor every week (it's an incredible workout). We have uber-healthy food every day. After a few weeks with us, you'll find that you're in the best health of your life.
